We are able to provide an assessor to conduct assessments under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 - Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.  Our Best Interests Assessor is also an Approved Mental Health Professional, so is able to carry out:

• Eligibility Assessments
• No Refusals Assessments
• Mental Capacity Assessments
• Age Assessments

Assessments can be commissioned for people who are currently in hospitals or care homes in Norfolk, Suffolk, North Essex or Cambridgeshire areas.
